The Denise Simmons for MA State Senate Campaign is looking for interns!

This position would start immediately! We're looking for some great Deputy Field Interns. Flexible hours, no experience necessary - just be willing to learn. This is a real hands-on internship. Interns will be responsible for canvassing, assisting with phonebanks, and coordinating volunteers.

This position would involved a few flexible hours a week and runs up to the Primary on April 13th. We're a local campaign based in Central Square, Cambridge.

Denise Simmons was Mayor of Cambridge from 2008 to 2009 and Cambridge City Councilor for the last 8 years. This is a special election for the Middlesex, Suffolk, and Essex District seat. She's a progressive democrat who has eliminated thousands of dollars of wasteful spending and promoted environmentally friendly practices.
