1. Phonebank for Newton Mayoral Candidate Setti Warren
We’re volunteering to elect Setti Warren for mayor of Newton on Tuesday Sep. 15. Find out more about Setti here at www.settiwarren.com. The phonebank is going to be held in Boston at 45 School St. (near Park St T stop) anytime between 8am-5pm. There will be lunch and/or dinner. Please RSVP by Monday night to bucollegedems@gmail.com so there are enough phone lines available for us.
2. Phonebank with Mass Equality

Join us Thursday (tomorrow!) at 7pm for the Boston University College Democrats' first meeting! We will be meeting in Sargent College, 635 Commonwealth Avenue, room 102 (it will be almost directly in front of you when you enter the building). Join a group of enthusiastic young Dems, hear what our club is about, and voice your opinion about the issues you want to see the group tackle this semester. Bring your friends or meet new ones at the meeting! Everyone is welcome (including open-minded Republicans who'd like to venture across the fence)!
If the meeting puts you in the mood to really get involved, BUCD will be volunteering for Newton Mayoral candidate Setti Warren on Saturday. We will be meeting at Marsh Plaza at 11am so we can all head out together! (for more information about Setti Warren check out http://www.settiwarren.com).
